Self-Exclusion at Fv88
Fv88 offers a Self-Exclusion service to suspend or restrict access to all gambling services on the site for a defined period where you may be concerned about problem gambling. Activation is voluntary and applies across all games, promotions and communications on the platform.
Eligibility and Scope
Participants must be at least 18 years old. Fv88 does not knowingly permit accounts opened by minors. Self-Exclusion covers all accounts and devices linked to your user profile and applies to all wagering, gaming and promotional activity across the site.
How to Initiate Self-Exclusion
You may initiate Self-Exclusion in two ways:
- Temporary self-exclusion via your Account Settings, selecting a period from the following options: 7 days, 1 month, 6 months, or 1 year. The period is fixed at submission and cannot be shortened.
- Permanent self-exclusion by submitting a written request from your registered email to [email protected]. Your request must specify the Self-Exclusion period (for example, 1 year or indefinite).

Effect During Self-Exclusion
During the exclusion period, access to your Fv88 account is blocked on all devices. You will not be able to log in, place bets, view account details, or receive promotional materials from Fv88. The system will prevent you from creating a new account while an active Self-Exclusion is in place.
Any balance remaining in your account at the time you commence Self-Exclusion may be withdrawn in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures. No automatic payouts or transfers occur as part of self-exclusion.
Ending Self-Exclusion and Reactivation
For temporary Self-Exclusion, the period expires automatically. To regain access, you must follow the reactivation steps outlined in the reactivation communications. You may confirm reactivation in writing via the email response or via a designated reactivation option in your account after the exclusion period ends, subject to acceptance of current Terms and Conditions. There is no automatic restoration of access at the end of the period.
For permanent Self-Exclusion, re-entry requires a formal reactivation process, including confirmation of compliance with Responsible Gambling requirements and acceptance of updated Terms and Conditions. Reactivation will not occur automatically; you may receive a reactivation email instructing you to complete the reactivation steps.
Liability and Compliance
Fv88 provides Self-Exclusion tools to support responsible gambling. It excludes any liability for losses arising from attempts to bypass Self-Exclusion, including opening or operating multiple accounts or supplying false data. If false data is detected, the related account may be closed and balances forfeited.
Promotions, Marketing and Communications
During Self-Exclusion, Fv88 will suspend marketing materials and invitations. Within 48 hours of account closure, no marketing communications will be sent. After the exclusion ends, marketing communications may resume only if you explicitly consent to receipt of such materials.
Additional Safety Tools
Fv88 provides controls to support responsible gambling, including deposit limits and wagering limits. These are accessible under the Responsible Gambling section of your account. You may set daily, weekly, or monthly limits and changes take effect after the applicable waiting periods described in the limits policy.
Minor Protection
Fv88 prohibits access by individuals under 18. The platform maintains safeguards to prevent underage gambling and to enforce age verification where required by law.
